Citycom Real Estate Services is committed to keeping our website usable by everyone — tenants, owners, prospective clients, and the public — regardless of vision, hearing, motor ability, or the assistive technology you rely on.
Conformance status
This website is built to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. WCAG 2.1 AA defines requirements that make web content more accessible to people with disabilities and is the technical standard the U.S. Department of Justice references for ADA web compliance.
Testing methodology
We test this site using axe-core automated scans across desktop, tablet, and mobile viewports, plus manual checks for keyboard navigation, focus visibility, heading order, and colour contrast. Automated tests cover the WCAG 2.0 A/AA and WCAG 2.1 A/AA rulesets.
As of the date below, the homepage and ancillary pages return zero violations from our automated scans across all tested viewports. Automated tools cannot catch every WCAG criterion — particularly those covering cognitive accessibility and the full range of assistive-technology interactions — so we treat this as a baseline, not a complete audit.

Known limitations
A few features rely on third-party services we do not fully control:
- AppFolio portals (Owner, Tenant/HOA, Maintenance Requests). If a portal screen is difficult to use, contact us by phone and we'll handle the request directly.
- Google Maps embeds on the Locations section. Office addresses and phone numbers are also available as plain text alongside each map.
