How do you handle maintenance and emergencies?
Routine maintenance runs through vendor management and work-order routing. After-hours and weekend emergencies are covered by 24/7 on-call response. Tenants submit requests directly through the tenant portal, so you're not the middle layer for day-to-day issues.
Can I work with Citycom if I own from out of state?
Yes. All financials, statements, and disbursement records are accessible through the owner portal from anywhere. Site visits, tenant relations, and physical operations are handled across our six Southern California offices, so the on-the-ground work happens whether or not you're nearby.
